The Fitness Center is subject to the BRAC closure, and will be relocated to the Detroit Arsenal 30 June 2008.

The Fitness Center provides both Aerobics and Strength Building Opportunities. The center maintains state-of-the-art workout equipment including:

Nautilus Equipment
Treadmill Elliptical
Machines Stationary
Bicycles Stair Master

We also house a co-ed Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room and locker rooms for male and female customers.

A contracted fitness facility is also available in Mount Clemens, Michigan for Active Duty personnel only! This facility is open year round, 24 hours a day. Active Duty personnel must register at the Fitness Center to obtain a pass to utilize the Weight Station.
