Five Flag Campground & Picnic Area

The Campground is subject to the BRAC closure, and will be closed 30 June 2008. The Selfridge Five Flags Campground - This is a year-round campground site located on Selfridge along the shores of beautiful Lake St. Clair. It is easily accessible to major highways and recreational areas. The surrounding area offers hunting, fishing, camping, boating, golfing, skiing, and snowmobiling.

Individuals who are eligible to use this site include: Active/Reservists/Retired & DOD Civilians. Reservations are accepted at the Outdoor Recreation Building.

Camper Spaces include: 30 Gravel Stands, with electricity (125 V/20A/30A/50A) and water hookups. We also offer a Bathhouse and Dump Station on site. Reservations are excepted and encouraged.

Restrictions: Pets are allowed, but must be kept on a leash at all times. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED. All pet droppings in the vicinity of the RV/camping site will be picked up by the owner. Noisy or vicious pets will be EXPELLED from the campground. Please contact Outdoor Recreation to make reservations.

Picnic Areas - Enjoy a scenic picnic with family and friends along the shoreline of Lake St. Clair. There are several pavilions and gazebos available with permanent grills for your use. They are free of charge and may be reserved at the Outdoor Recreation Office
