Develop and institute a holistic fitness program for
Soldiers, Families, and Army Civilians in order to enhance
performance and build resilience.

Improved Soldier performance and readiness. Build confidence
to lead, courage to stand up for one’s beliefs and
compassion to help others. Comprehensive Soldier Fitness

nutrition and training.
