NOTICE - CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations must be cancelled no
later than 1800 (6:00 p.m.) on your arrival date or you
will be charged for that room night. Absolutely no
exceptions.

Check-in/out time
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m.;
check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals will be
accommodated if available. You may check in through the
front desk in Building #410, Lufbery Hall. In case of
an emergency while occupying the Guest House please contact
911, or the DOD police at (586) 239-2622. |
Period of Occupancy
Under Paragraph 3-4, Chapter 3 AR 210-50,
authorized users are allowed to stay up to 30 days. The
installation commander may grant extensions on a
case-by-case basis depending upon space availability. For
information concerning this policy, please contact
Management at (586) 239-4062. |

Fire Safety in the Guest Quarters
Do not smoke in bed.
Do not store highly flammable liquids (gasoline, charcoal
lighter, etc.) in your room.
Do not place charcoal grills within 15 feet of the building.
Do not use unauthorized cooking or heating devices in your
room.
Do not leave televisions, radios or other electrical
appliances on while quarters are vacant.
Do not use your stove as a heating device. |
General House Rules
Quiet hours should be observed from 10:00
p.m. – 6:00 a.m. daily.
Weapons and ammunition are not permitted in the Guest
Houses.
Children must not be left unattended in the Guest Houses or
Lufbery Hall.
Do follow good housekeeping practices.
Messages received will be held at the front desk in Building
#410 for pickup. Only emergency messages will be delivered. |

Guest House Furnishings
Guest House furnishings are provided for the
sole use of our guests. Charges will be made for missing
and/or damaged property. Inventory of property is taken upon
final check out of guests. |
Laundry Facilities
Washers and dryers are provided free of
charge to guests. Laundry facilities are available in
Building #410. Each unit in Building #916, #923, #947, are
equipped with a washer and dryer. Please report any
maintenance problems to the front desk at (586) 239-4062.

Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping service is provided daily in
Lufbery Hall; twice a week in Guest Housing (unless
declined). Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels will be
supplied for occupants. Extra linens are available upon
request by asking the front desk at (586) 239-4062.
Amenities will be provided as requested. |
Maintenance
We strive to provide high quality maintenance
in the Guest Houses; however, there may be an occasion when
you might experience a maintenance problem. Please notify
the front desk as soon as possible either by phone at (586)
239-4062 or in person at Building #410. |

Lost Keys
If you lose or misplace your keys, you may
obtain a replacement key from the front desk in building
#410. You will be charged a $5.00 fee for a lost key while
staying in Lufbery Hall. All other lodging locations will be
charged a $25.00 fee for a lost key. Please turn your key in
when you check out. Do not leave the key in your room.

Telephones
Telephones for use by Guest House occupants
are located as follows:
Each room in building #916, #923, #942 and
building #410 is equipped with a telephone. All long
distance calls require a credit card or calling card.
All 800, 877 and 888 calls are toll free and accessible from
your phone. This phone is a courtesy and available
24 hours a day. To place a DSN call in Building #410, dial 94, wait for the dial tone, and then dial the
number you would like to call. To use the modems in the
rooms at Lufbery Hall, dial 9, # 9, # # and then 1 800 and
the server number. |
