All Guest House fees are to be paid at the time of
registration, unless providing a credit card number to hold the reservation.
Advance payments will be accepted by cash, check or credit card. There is a
$25.00 service charge for all returned checks. Payment is due twice a month on corresponding
military/civilian paydays.
For those military personnel traveling under official orders, you may
reserve accommodations up to 90 days in advance *for PCS; 30 days in advance for
TDY. All others are on a space
available basis with an advance reservation policy. Please call for
more information to include our pet policy of up to 7 days in advance.
Note: An additional occupancy charge
of $5 per night applies to each additional occupant over
the age of one year accompanying the primary traveler.

Building 410
(Lufbery Hall) is Selfridge Lodging’s main building; the
manager’s office is located there, as well as the front desk
operation. This is also where patrons register, receive room
or apartment keys, and check-out. This building offers one
bedroom suites and two bedroom VIP suites. No pets are
allowed. |

|
Building 916
offers one and two bedroom apartments for personnel
requiring extended stays. The apartments consist of a
separate living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and
bedroom(s). The apartments are furnished with a direct phone
line, cable television, pots and pans, washer/dryer. This
building allows pets. |

|
Building 923 and 942
offers two, four, and five bedroom apartments for personnel
requiring extended stays. The apartments consist of separate
living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom(s).
The apartments are furnished with a direct phone line,
cable, pots and pans, washer/dryer and dishwashers. No pets
are allowed. |

Check In/Out Time
Check-in time is at
3:00pm or anytime thereafter. Check-out time
is no later than 11:00am. Late check-outs
can be requested but must be approved by
Housekeeping, the front desk cannot
authorize a late check-out.

while occupying any quarters:

In the event of loss of power, the

Fire Safety in Guest
Quarters
–Do
not store highly flammable liquids in your
room.
–Do
not place charcoal grill within 15 feet of
the building.
–Do
not use unauthorized cooking or heating
devices in your room.
–Do
not leave televisions, radios, or other
electrical appliances on while quarters are
vacant.
–Do
not use your stove as a heating device.
