Army Community Service supports service members, their Families, retirees and surviving spouses, civilian employees, and commanders from all branches of the services in Michigan and the Great Lakes region in maintaining readiness of individuals, families and communities by developing, coordinating, and delivering services which promote self-reliance, resiliency, and stability during war and peace.
