Army Family Action Plan

Selfridge ANG Base, MI

Position:  Recorder

Purpose:  To serve as a recorder for a specific Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) workgroup at the annual Selfridge ANG Base conference.

Supervisor(s):  AFAP Program Manager/ACS Director

Duties:

• Attend required volunteer training.

• Capture workgroup ideas & translate to succinct statements.

• Enter new Issue wording into computer template.

• Work with group Facilitator, Transcriber, Support Person, and Subject Matter Experts for accurate reporting of issues.

• Complete conference evaluation form and provide to Program Manager.

Time Required: One (1) two-hour volunteer training session, full day conference.

Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with AFAP program

• Computer Skills

• Organizational skills

• Ability to stay on task

• AFAP Volunteer Training
