Army Family Action Plan

Selfridge ANG Base, MI

Position:  Greeter/Aide

 Purpose:  To serve as a Greeter/Aide at the Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) annual Selfridge conference.

 Supervisor(s):  AFAP Program Manager/ACS Director

 Duties:

• Welcome delegates to the AFAP Conference

• Register delegates at the start of the conference

• Assist conference staff errands

• Assist in distributing materials and information to and between workgroups

• Identify needs of workgroups during conference elevate information to conference staff

• Support workgroups at their outbrief

 Time Required:  One (1) two-hour training session, full day conference.

 Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with AFAP program.

• Computer skills.

• Organizational skills.

• Ability to stay on task.

• AFAP Workgroup Training
