The Employment Readiness
Program (ERP) provides its services to military
spouses, active duty, retires, reservists, relocating
DOD civilian personnel and their family members. We
offer employment counseling, job search, local
employment and job fairs, assistance with career,
educational and volunteer opportunities, a resources
library & an employer files, youth employment
information, and computer usage by appointment in your job
search process.
The primary
purpose of the Employment Readiness program is to assist
clients who are relocating as a result of a military or
civilian sponsor’s permanent change of station (PCS).
Employment Readiness provides accurate, timely
information and other supportive services necessary to
minimize the employment problems associated with such
moves.
Employment Readiness works closely with
the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) and other
on- and off-post agencies to provide a full range of
employment related services and assistance to family
members in their job search and career development.
