AFAP is dedicated to improving standards of living for the military.  It provides a way for Soldiers, family members, and DoD employees to let Army leadership know what works, what doesn't - and solutions on how to fix it.
 
Submit your quality of life issue and your proposed solution using this form (one form per issue).  Please note: Quality of life issues should have a greater effect on the entire military and not just a single installation.
